Our Journey and Story
Proudly South Australian owned and operated, Pathway Links was established in 2025 with a vision to create a more connected, supportive and human experience within the NDIS.
Founded in Adelaide, Pathway Links grew from a shared belief that quality support begins with understanding people. Our team recognised that many participants and families were navigating complex systems while searching for reliable guidance, consistent communication and supports that genuinely reflected their individual needs.
Our team reflects the diversity of the communities we serve, bringing cultural understanding, lived perspective and professional experience into every interaction. Collaboration sits at the centre of our practice, working alongside participants, families, carers and allied professionals to create stable, coordinated support environments.
Pathway Links exists to simplify the NDIS experience while strengthening independence and connection. We are committed to building a service where people feel comfortable, respected and supported to move forward with confidence, knowing they have a team beside them who genuinely understands the journey.
Our Purpose in Practice
Pathway Links was founded on a simple belief, that quality support begins with genuine human connection.
Based in Adelaide, our work is shaped by community values, compassion and a deep understanding that every participant’s journey is different. We recognised early that many people navigating the NDIS felt overwhelmed, unheard or unsure where to begin. Pathway Links was created to change that experience.
Our team brings lived understanding, cultural awareness and real empathy into the way we support participants and families. We focus on listening first, understanding individual goals and building supports that make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
